Aryaveer: A Journey of Service and Education

From Teaching Mathematics to Transforming Healthcare

Aryaveer's path to founding this vital organization began in 8th grade with a simple desire to help fellow students excel in mathematics and physics. What started as informal tutoring sessions for underprivileged children evolved into a lifelong commitment to education and community health.

Early Foundation in Education

Since 8th grade, Aryaveer has been passionate about making quality education accessible to underprivileged children. Recognizing that knowledge has the power to break cycles of poverty, he dedicated countless hours to teaching mathematics and physics to students who lacked access to quality educational resources. This early experience instilled in him the belief that education is the most powerful tool for social transformation.

Transition to Healthcare Advocacy

Aryaveer's educational outreach naturally expanded into healthcare when he began organizing medical camps for the communities he served. These camps addressed basic healthcare needs but soon revealed a more specific challenge: the lack of awareness and proper medical practices surrounding circumcision in Muslim and Christian communities.

Through his medical camp experiences, Aryaveer witnessed firsthand the physical complications and psychological trauma that often resulted from improperly conducted circumcision procedures. He observed:

  • Families struggling with post-procedure complications
  • Children experiencing lasting psychological effects
  • Communities lacking access to proper medical information
  • Healthcare providers needing training in trauma-informed care
Discovering the Need

The turning point came during medical camps in Gujarat and Mumbai, where Aryaveer encountered numerous cases of circumcision-related complications and psychological distress. He realized that while circumcision held deep religious and cultural significance, many families lacked access to:

  • Proper medical information and procedures
  • Trauma-informed psychological preparation
  • Qualified healthcare providers
  • Post-procedure care and support
Building the Mission

Driven by a commitment to bridge this gap, Aryaveer founded the organization with a clear mission: to ensure that traditional practices could be preserved while meeting the highest standards of medical care and psychological well-being. His approach combines:

Educational Background: Years of teaching experience enable him to develop effective community education programs.

Healthcare Advocacy: Direct experience with medical camps provides practical understanding of community health challenges.

Cultural Sensitivity: Deep respect for religious and cultural values guides the organization's respectful approach.

Trauma-Informed Perspective: Recognition of psychological impacts drives the organization's comprehensive care model.

Current Work and Vision

Today, Aryaveer continues to lead the organization's efforts across Gujarat and Mumbai, having impacted over 1,500-2,000 individuals through various programs. Under his leadership, the organization has:

  • Established medical education camps
  • Trained healthcare providers in proper techniques
  • Developed culturally sensitive educational materials
  • Built partnerships with religious and community leaders
  • Created trauma prevention protocols
Beyond Healthcare: "Savers are Losers"

Parallel to his healthcare advocacy, Aryaveer is authoring a book titled "Savers are Losers" focused on wealth management and breaking cycles of poverty. This work reflects his broader understanding that community well-being encompasses not only physical and psychological health but also economic empowerment.

The book explores how traditional approaches to saving money can actually perpetuate poverty cycles, advocating instead for strategic investment and wealth-building approaches that enable families and communities to achieve genuine financial security. This work demonstrates Aryaveer's holistic approach to community development, addressing health, education, and economic empowerment as interconnected elements of human flourishing.

Personal Philosophy

Aryaveer's work is guided by the belief that sustainable social change requires:

  • Education as empowerment: Knowledge enables individuals and communities to make informed decisions
  • Respect for cultural values: Effective change must honor and work within existing cultural frameworks
  • Holistic well-being: True health encompasses physical, psychological, and economic dimensions
  • Community-driven solutions: Lasting change comes from within communities, supported by education and resources
